Last week my friend Kara and I were at the mall and we took Carter to the children's play area for the first time. This play area is for smaller children and is hand-sculpted from soft foam in a 1,000 square foot area . Carter's eyes lite up when he saw the swarm of kids running around playing. It was amazing to see him interact with other children. He was so excited to play that he was running around and spinning having a blast! His excitement really showed because other moms were commenting to me on how cute & excited he was.
Today, Lauren and I took him to the mall again to let him have fun and he was tagging along with these three brothers. It was so sweet how he was trying to fit right in. The brothers were including him in everything they were doing. After Carter warmed up to his new friends, he went up to them and was giving them hugs. He is such a sweet little man. :)
Will & I have decided to enroll him in Gymboree for him to meet new children his age and play.
